Have my ups and downs with anxiety.
Feeling more confident at work and feel like the pieces are coming together

Doing pretty well. I try to keep the four legs of my anti-anxiety chair solidly on the floor: medication, sleep, mental resilience, and healthy food.

I am so happy to read this. It has been a long haul for you. I am glad you feel that things are coming together. I guess it just took time. I am very happy for you.

Been really cold here the last couple of days. Supposed to stay this way for about a week.
