Update on me.. It's been awhile

Hello everyone,

So its been awhile since I have posted here. It is getting warm where I live in the US. I was fortunate to not get that pipe busting cold weather other parts of the USA got. I live in Georgia. It has been raining almost non stop for the past month or so. I don't mind rain every now and then but the rain we have got is a bit excessive. What's funny is in a few months it won't rain at all when we need it most in summer.

In a few weeks it will be 1 year since I have been working from home. I would rather not work from home but I can see light at the end of the tunnel. I got vaccinated last week. It was luck as I found the place I was vaccinated at had extra vaccine doses they had to use. My parents who are in their 60s got vaccinated too.

My anxiety has been ok. I have good days and bad days. My anxiety is mostly centered around my house which I have upgraded quite a bit he past year. New floors and blinds and bathroom fixtures. Tomorrow I have an electrician coming to replace the exhaust fan in the bathroom. I am nervous about it because I am scared that it will be more complicated or they will find something else out. This house has caused me more anxiety the past two and a half years than anything. I can't wait to sell it and move into something newer that doesn't require as much work.

Anyway that is an update from my end. Hope is all well with everyone on here!!

Good to see you post but sorry you are still dealing with the complications of owning a home. I do have to say that even if you sell and rent a home, you will still have situations to deal with and waiting periods for the landlord to get things done. I do only say this as I remember you were wanting to sell your home before and rent a place.

In my humble opinion, these are everyday trials that we face in life. No matter where you live, there are going to be repairs as things wear out. But... You know your situation much better than I do. You know what you have been going through with your home. It is just my 2 cents worth.
