Chest and back pain. Costochondritis probably

I had an EGD and colonoscopy on Monday . Ever since then back between my shoulder blades is hurting. I was really nervous about the test and I have a history of costochondritis now today I dropped my car off to get repaired and I’m having anxiety because I feel trapped at work. Sure this has Nothing to do with my EGD but not sure. It is hurt to push on my sternum. Ugh Anybody else deal with this?
