Hello everyone,

Its been a while which I is a good thing. I had a panic attack today and it floored me. I mean to the point that i felt a heatwave over my body, i feel disassociated and the feeling of impending doom just waved over me. I took a xanax .5 about 2.5 hours ago and slept for 30 minutes but I am just so scared and worried that ive once again “broke” my brain. Ive had a lot to deal with recently and maybe it finally just hit me? Ive been on 10mg of lexapro for 6 years and maybe its breakthrough? I dont want to be addicted to xanax and use it as a crutch .wish you all the best and hope everything is ok for you folks.

Ya been good, then a blip, they happen, ya brain aint broke!
.5 of xanax, well it a tiny dose, think ya safe mate.
Just use as needed. Meds can poop, 6 years of lexapro is a long run, discuss with doc, yes.
