So today I woke up with pains in my chest my lower sternum. Took a Pilates class yesterday and I have a history of costochondritis. I thought it might be bad gas pains because it started again after I eat a baked potato but now I’m not sure. It’s giving me bad anxiety. Now I have sharp pains in my left boob. ugh
They’re just sharp intermittent pains that last for a few minutes - third time today. Has anybody dealt with this? So stressful.

Sorry you are having some issues. What have you tried in the past for costo pain, a heating pad usually helps. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose.
Take care.

I have this and the pains scared me for a while and then I just let the fear go.
I found using a topical pain relief lotion helps me a lot. Just remind yourself that is a diagnosed medical issue
and don't let anxiety take over with 'what if'

I have been wondering if this is what I have the last few days? I took a long car trip a few days ago, and now I have aching all through my rib cage. It’s mostly in my back though. Is it from bad posture in the car? Is it costochondritis? Is it cardiac?

I get it in the muscles around the rib cage. Even if I just turn the wrong way.
Hugs, Karen...
