Anxiety back again after 20 years

I have recently been hit with anxiety again triggered by my sister being diagnosed with terminal cancer and being estranged from my son, it hit me 20 years ago after losing a lot of money in a Ponzi scheme, it took me 2-3 months to get over it then, after i did I led a normal social sporting life.
When it hit me this time, my doctor prescribed Serepax 15mg half or whole tablet one or 12 times a day, anyone have experience with this drug?

The net says Serepax is a "benzodiazepine used to treat anxiety disorders or alcohol withdrawal symptoms. Serax (Serepax) may also be used for sleep (insomnia)."

Your pharmacist will have information about that.

I got this information by typing in "Serepax" into the computer search engine. You can do this, also.

The net also says, "It is usually used for short periods only (such as 2 to 4 weeks). Continuous long term use is not recommended unless advised by your doctor."
