Hi Dance,
When we have anxiety it is hard to converse with others I think. For me it is. Leaving the house is a big deal for me.
Do you see a therapist or take any medication for anxiety? It helps. I also find that meditation and breathing exercises help me. Or I guess it is just a way of breathing. In through the nose and out through the mouth with pursed lips. I often meditate and breath like that to get to sleep at night. Also that type of breathing is referred to as "smelling the roses and blowing out the candles"...
