.....when you are driving down the highway , and you are too scared to pass the 18-wheeler thats driving slow in front of you, because you are absolutley convinced that either A.) Hes not going to see you and hes going to crash into you by entering into the left lane and youre going to instantly die, OR B.) one of his tires is going to blow out and hit your windshield causing a fatal crash...which seems to plague me every day i drive to work....

or....noticing any little different feeling/sensation in your body ,and being convinced that it can mean nothing else but a terrible, incurable ,catastrophic illness, and you google your symptoms only to have your worst fears confirmed, and then realize youve frightened yourself so badly, that you will likely give yourself a heart attack. yet you wonr go to the doctor, because if these fears were to be confirmed, it would be totally unmanageable.

YOU know you have anxiety when you keep checking doors and windows to make sure no one can get in

BUT then again if they could get in

WOULD they really want to stay with this miserable ole woman

You know you have anxiety disorder when your 5yo old niece has better coping stategies than you. "Take a belly breath Auntie Meg -you are turning blue!"

You also know when your chemist tries to hide behind the counter or make a bid for fredom out the back door every time you come in. ROFLMBO..how I torture that poor woman turn !!

You know you have anxiety disoder when you phone your bank ten times a day to make sure your money is still there.

You know you have anxiety disoder when you goto pick up your meds from pharmacy and ask them if they think its ok for you to be taking these meds evan though the doctor has allready told you that its fine.

You know you have anxiety disorder when you phone up your doctor for an appiontment and the receptionist recognises you before you tell them your name. (i always seem to be at doctors for some reason).

YOu know you have panic
when your daughter pulls her first time being out past curfew and comes in at 11:15
ON a school night ...after we had a disagreement

Thinking I was asleep and I absolutely freaked on her
I was sooo thinking she is lucky I didnt get into the drink

I had visions of her gone as in permanent or something really bad happening to her

NOT good for this ole ticker

You know you have anxiety disorder when you make sure you are the last to bed so you can check every thing is locked and switched off but by the time you have made it into bed you have forgotten what you checked so you go back down stairs and check it all again mental.

You know you have anxiety disorder when it seems completely rational to get up in the middle of the night to refill the water jug because you know your boyfriend took a sip from it on the way back from the loo. It has to be kept full people!!!!!

You know you have panic when:

The phone rings and you look at the clock and think it reads 3:48 AM and your Big Sis is saying  good morning...................Oh my I thought she had been admitted to jail and I was her one call...................My heart rate was scooting right along cus I dn't know where the jail is. smilewinkgrin Then I realized it was almost 7:00 AM.  I love your calls Big Sis.

You envy your pet because she doesn't  have to leave the house.

When you walk around singing "I Wanna Be Sedated" by the Ramones all day long.

You read the side effects of Meds after you take one and you think you have all or most of them.

Someone call 911............

NO...........not that early but I was up I coulda .........

I dont like those too early morning calls ya know
Had way to many of them N NEVER WERE GOOD

Our timiming is about as perfect as can be IMHO
I so enjoy our yak attacks in the am

Have had that same dang headache since yesterday
And Panic and more panic all day today
Have no clue what is going on with me

LOL...GOT my phone bill.....with my plan I have ..
I saved OVER 348.00 in LD charges
COOL EH

But I would pay anyways to talk if only to do say morning lil sis

Hey, you know you have panic when you want to eat all the Halloween candy and just shut off the outside lights.

I am so sorry you are having a crummy headache. I hope you can take something that will work and then sleep.

The forums are fine, let go of the panic, let it float away on a fluffy cloud.  Remember to stay in the moment and leave the rest to God right now.  Rest my sister.

You know you have panic disorder when you sit by the door all night with a bowl of candy and still jump through the roof when someone rings the bell smhair

We got one little trick or treater..she was a dragon fairy. Cute! Now I have a bowl full of chocolate...what to do???

Eat it devil My granddaughter and her friend came over and handed out the candy here.  That was so nice of both of them.
