ok, is there a difference between muscle spasms or twitching?? Does anyone else experience these? I get alot of like muscle twitches in my legs and feel them in my feet but the are on the inside, I mean you cant see it like you see your eye twitch...

Hey Angela,
I sometimes get that at night. I can't get comfortable and my legs twitch and my legs and feet feel really uncomfortable it’s hard to explain. A doctor has told me it’s restless leg syndrome. I would talk to your doctor about
it. For myself it only happens sometimes at night when I’m trying to fall asleep. I also put my e-mail on my personal profile for you.
hugs,
Georgia
