I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has had success from non prescription remedies for anxiety. I am currently taking ativan, but am looking for some long term alternatives and dietary changes that may help. I do not smoke, drink alcohol or consume any caffeine. I also drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Any help would be appreciated. I have suffered with anxiety/panic attacks off and on for almost 30 years (started when I was 10 mad ) and have had every symptom imaginable. Please respond.
