Tapering off Lexapro, heart pounding trying to sleep

I feel like I'm going to crawl out of my skin. I've been tapering off of my lexapro. Down to 2.5 this week. Well yesterday I found out I was pregnant (not planned). Anyway completely quit lexapro which I guess wasn't too bad since I was already down to 2.5. The thing is I've had a few miscarriages which is part of the reason I think my anxiety has gotten so high. I've been laying in the bed for four hours with my heart pounding so hard it keeps me awake. I keep telling myself it's all in God's hands but my mind wont let it rest. Need some support, thanks.

*Hugs* Today has been particularly rough for me too, but to know that there's support on this forum always makes me feel better. Glad you did well tapering off the meds. Take care.

HUn If you were still on the 2.5 I would still suggesst letting doc know you have quit completetly especially now
Congrats on the baby
I am sure all will be fine
I have had a couple of miscarriages myself and yes truly heartbreaking
I know how you feel I have ateen daughter at home (born real late in my life)
and a 32 yr old sn
do not ever give up on faith nor hope okay
