Hey all just wanted to shine some good news to the thread hope everyone is feeling good. As for me things have been great i have been back to work for almost a month now : ) and im slowly driving where i need to go so things are really looking up. I started taking Tranquilezzz its a natural remedy im sure you guys can look it up along with a few other supplements and i guess it seems to be working rather well. But also i had to put a side of determination in too . Hope all is well take care

Congrats Jake!!! It is always wonderful to hear some good news for a change! And I do agree with you that it took your own dertermination, aided a bit by the remedy, to get you up and going! three cheers for you!!! smile

Defenitley will check in i tend to not come on as much when i get better but im going to .
Tranquilezzz has different types of vitamins like b6 all the way to valerian Gaba rose hips etc. .... im sure you could google it -my naturopah told me to take it it worked after a couple of weeks i take sublingual b 12 and Theanine. hope that helped : )

You rock Jake07! Good for you. I too am doing the natural remedies. It is not for all-some really benefit from prescriptions and that is awesome too-whatever works right? Congrats on the job and driving again! And please continue to post, even when you are feeling better. You can be inspiring to others and that is the most important thing we can do in this life! As for the suppliments... I too take B vitamins and also St.John's Wort. Thanks for the tip on Traquileez I will definately look that up.

Congrats to you jake, that is awesome and i wish you the best. I think its really good when someone can do this with natural methods, as scaredy cat says, you rock ;) keep posting
