Hello there
about
hiding your illness do not be ashamed it is a real illness and many have it but dont deal with it or try to pretend it isnt there.........Would you hide it if you had diabetes ??
My motto Is "FIGHT the FIGHT' kick this A/P in the Gasket just where it kicks us ya know and I am glad you found the support I knew that you would I have been with HW along time and for me it has been my lifesaver and so have the great peeps I have gotten to knwo on here as well..........
You are so right we have to be here for each other as we are the ones that truly do understand and know what this is all about
arent we
here we dont judge we accept and we support no matter what the circumstances and thats what it should always be like
Thanks for this post Anthony and hold your head high ...........
Be proud in the fact you acknowledge the illness and more that you know it has to be FOUGHT against in all ways
Weare a great team all of us here on the A/P board and (other forums as well) do treat one another with respect and support one another 110%
Be well and have a great day

Hi Anthony,
I hope you get some help soon. I'm at the top of a waiting list to get into a special amxiety clinic and can't wait till I start.
You really learn when you're sick like us who your real friends are. They're the ones who at least try to understand you and support you through it all.

Yeah, Anthony glad to hear that you will be receiving some help soon! Until then try some deep breathing exercises (get library books on stress managment and yoga books they will both include instructions) and keep posting!!! It really helps. Hang in there and let us know how you are doing.
