It takes courage to fight anxiety and panic

Ok hope no one minds this little light bulb moment of mine. I was browsing the threads and saw a signature that kinda caught me. I know i know you're all thinking...was it mine? what did I put there again? Well, The signature that struck my eye was Scaredy Cats. (hope you don't mind me calling it to attention) The signature is:

"Courage is not the absence of fear...it is being afraid, and doing it anyway!"

This totally explains any A/Per who tries not to let the A/P win. We are afraid of almost anything out there, yet we attempt and tackle many things that scare us. I think we all need to take a moment to think of something we did today that scared us silly but we attempted it anyway. So....All you courageous people out there....I pat you on the back...Take a bow and know we have our ups and downs but we wake up and face another day.

That is enough of my philosophical self. Be well and be courageous!

I agree lil sis, we do have to have more courage than most......and you yourself take a bow also ;)
we stand together, and i applaud ALL of you and have the utmost respect for you!!! Its rough out there, but we can do it, we have proven that havent we :)

True that! And since we have to be more courageous than the average person to navigate this life...we also have to have more energy to sustain us. So to all of my friends please take extra good care of yourselves!
