Just to let you guys know that i have had a great week no panic attacks my succes it to the book understanding panic attacks and over coming fears (dr roger baker) and it has been great few bumpy bits but aslong as i let the panic hit me full on im no longer having the same fear!!!! so far i have gone to an interview , alone, driven on motorway alone basically everything alone!!! guys get this book seriously its awesome and we all deserve to live our lives without fear.Theres no such thing as a quick fix or a miracle drug the only thing that exists is our mind strenght and trust me if i can do it so can you! dont worry i will keep you guys updated any questions feel free to ask. cool

Congrats and good for you. Just remember wha works for you may not work for everyone.

Hi spice, just want to say YOU GO GIRL...Am so happy for you yeah ... Thats me doing a happy dance for you...Not that i can do that in real life due to the pain i am in, but hey im dancin for you anyway... Sounds like a good book will have to try it... :)
