Hi sincerity, yes you are definately not alone, i have suffered with anxiety for eight years,it has been a long road for me to try and get my anxiety under control,but believe me it can be done...If you are not wanting to go to the doctors,which i believe that you should just to help confirm your anxiety,and im sure that your parents would like to know if you are going through any sort of trouble, as im also sure that they would help you through this out of their love for you, try getting a hold of some books that may assist you with understanding and overcoming anxiety... The more you know about
it the easier it becomes to deal with...Learn some relaxation techniques,listen to relaxation music,and practice some deep breathing excercises when you start to feel anxious...Eat well, try to avoid anything with caffeine, excercise,change the way you think EG...Turn negative thoughts into positive which i know can be hard to do sometimes...And take better care of your body... Here are just a few pointers that help me on my path of anxiety... I would also like to say welcome,and know that there are people who understand what it is that you are going through in here...
