Hi All,
So tomorrow I leave on a short road-trip to the States (I'm in Canada) for some shopping and a concert with my husband and my brother. Travelling causes me some anxiety (particularly ever since I ended up in the hospital on my honeymoon with either food poisoning or an anxiety attack or both...still unconfirmed exactly what was making me so sick.....blech), but generally it's very mild and nothing I can't handle. I have no anxiety about malls, etc, and minimal anxiety about concerts, so I'm really looking forward to this trip.
The only thing is, my major anxiety triggers are being overtired and/or sick. Well, today I think I finally caught my husband's cold. I handle a cold much better than nausea, etc. but I still know that if I really do have this cold, it's likely going to wear me down, make me feel bad, and make me overtired - particularly for the concert. *sigh*
I want to get the most out of this trip, and normally I'd be able to, but I'm kind of worried about it now. Still looking forward to it, but worried about it too. Especially because I'm on a role lately - it's been quite a while since I had bad anxiety. I don't want to fall back into it. The longer I can go without it, the stronger I get.
Anyone have any hints?
B.
