Have any of you noticed that before your period your anxiety goes up? It happens to me every single month and i KNOW its not just in my head. I start feeling sick, and horrible anxious even some panic attacks... I pray for my period to start because within hours i get some relief. Does this happen to anyone else?

I have talked to a lot of members here that have said that. I personally don't go thru it I can only amagin what you go thru...(((HUGS)))

I agree with you 100%.  The most important thing to remember is that you are now aware that this happens & it will pass.  I struggle with it every month & then I remember "oh yeah, its the goofy pms symptoms".  At this time everything seems to not only irritate me but also my anxiety level is through the roof.  I've learned not to make important decisions at this time & it really helps to just ride it out.  God bless.

Yay im normal...(whatever THAT means) thanks ya'll. My wedding is now less then 2 weeks away and im fixin to start my period...so i am an anxiety WRECK. Now i have to go shoppign for last min. wedding stuff and i am dreading the panic attacks that will no doubt happen as soon as i step out into public. Wish me luck and thanks again!

Lots of luck & happy wedding!  Remember to breath, in through the nose, out through the mouth.
