sorry, I feel like this is a dumb question just wondering what it is? I have seen it mentioned on a few posts..

biofeedback is a treatment technique in which people are taught / trained to improve their own health by using signals from their bodies

I finnd that deep breathing is one ofr m as is taking my tempersture (thats for all) when you feel you have a fever
I am sure others will post with nore info regarding this ............
