Wow - New Zealand! Can I come and visit some day? :) I'm VERY WORRIED about the job search now because of the holidays (Thanksgving) next week. Next week is going to be very slow. I need a J O B. Yesterday, I met with an agency. They are going to present me for a HR Asst. position and then a weird thing happened. A lady from Cingular Wireless jumped out of her car and told me that she couldn't help but overhear our interview and told me about an HR position too. She gave me her card. I have another agency appt. today and another on Monday and another called me too and a direct company called this morning too. Unfortunately, the companies need to interview too and next week a lot of people will be out. THANK YOU for your good job-hunting vibes.

Lol of course you can come for a visit to New Zealand :) If I manage to win the lottery I will import you over here OK..Keep smiling hopeful, sounds like you are on the right track towards getting a job!

Hi Maree, thank you for asking. I do have good news to report -- my depression and anxiety is much, much better. I could not even do what I am doing now - a month ago. Everyones support has been very helpful to me. Also, for those anxiety sufferers - ACTION is a step in the right direction. I have until the end of the month to become employed...tick, tick, tick and the holidays are upon us. I can cover my rent for December but that's it, so I really need a job soon, lest I get even further behind. I was called back for a 2nd interview for the Lead Administrator position. This is NOT the right position for me as it demands a high sense of urgency, a heavy workload, a high visibility and supervising 8 people. Oh, and the pay is highway robbery! I'm going to see it through though and I'm still looking!!!! Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. Hope all is well with you.

Sounds like you are doing great..am soo proud of you! I would love to swap email addys with you..but not sure how to do this without sharing my addy with the world if you know what I mean.
