Hi Wiley I too am a person that does not sleep too great but I can sleep
I found that relaxation and breathing techniques prior to bed is a good thing for me as is readng a good book maybe humor or a hobby that you enjoy
You might have to ask your doc for something short acting to help you out with this if just for a bit
I personally take trazadone and have a hot milk touched with cinnamon you can feel body calming down (from milk) and the "stinking thinking " going away fom the meds
It is non addictive and non narcotic
Only a coulpe of suggesstions but am positive others will be along later to help you out
You take care and it is a very impotant weapon against A/P ........sleep I mean
