FREE online CBT

Hi everyone.  I recently was emailed Course 1 of CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  I've had a lot of people ask me to email them the lessons, a bit too many and I got a bit flustered.

 

So I decided to put together a website for everyone with every single lesson of course 1 of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  I figure it's easier that way and easier for you all as well. 

When I start receiving emails for Course 2, I will put those lessons up as well and will be managing the site regularly.
