Neb,
Welcome to the group.. I'm not as excited to welcome you to the world of panic attacks though. They can be tough to deal with but are just that - panic attacks.
We understand and feel your frustration for having to deal with panic. I asked myself over and over again when I began dealing with this "Why me?". It's a hard fact to swallow but joining this group, starting medication, and possibly therapy are first steps. You recognize the problem now and you can begin to cope with it.
When my attacks come, my vision seem to not blur, but close in around me like tunnel vision. I seem to have a narrow focus and poor vision the rest of the day myself. This leads to even more anxiety and hard time concentrating on work or life in general.
How is the Zoloft working for you?
