I was in the bathroom blowdrying my hair ....

all the sudden it looked like the mirror moved and then the whole room moved around me...

it happened THREE times and I had to sit down because I felt so weird...

I had looked up at the curtains in the tiny bathroom (I never use this bathroom because it is so tiny and it felt so small and I am feeling SO PANICKY all morning about all the people that are coming) and they were just flowing so strangely... and everything just felt so unreal...

my eyes feel just WEIRD and I kept staring at them in a compact mirror for weird dilation but I didn't see any...

what is WRONG with me...

I think I need to go to the psych ward...

why does this have to happen on Christmas...

I feel so weird you guys I don't know what is wrong with me... is this derealization or am I hallucinating or what?

Has anyone had this?

Your anxiety is way up hun. I will get very dizzy and lite headeness and things will be moving around and feel like the rooms are floating. Try to relax your stress level is real high right now. Maybe go outside and get a little fresh air will help. Please try to get thru this your a strong woman hun.

Kittie is absolutely right. When I'm anxious and panicy, things can seem far away. I have felt like my teeth and tongue are really big, like they fill up my whole mouth. I get dizzy, lightheaded, can't breathe, I shake and if I let it get worse, I sob uncontrollably. It's very ugly. Please know that you are not alone. ((((((HUGS))))))

Twiggy..relax it's ok...just a little christmas-itis setting in lol...
Sheesh..you have acheived so much over the past few days..this is just a little setback...and I truly hope you be feeling better soon...did you take a lorazapam to settle things?
Let us know how u are doin...we love you heaps..and am sending you a Big Hug all the way from New Zealand...

you're just dizzy. I used to do that all the time. It still happens a lot but i don't let it freak me out anymore. I used to watch my eyes in the mirror and  then shut the light off and on and watch my pupils dialate thinking maybe one pupil would be bigger than another (stroke or brain tumor).  Sometimes, I notice, it's worse in the morning (after lots of intense dreams), in cold weather (like i have fluid in my ears), or when I haven't eaten a lot.  

It's just anxiety.

I was on high panic mode yesterday.... it was awful...

I even told my younger sister about how I was feeling and she said she felt the same way walking into my relative's house on Christmas Eve....

Thanks you guys for responding... when I read your messages I couldn't reply exactly... I was so panicky my hands were shaking... :(

but now I'm good...
