I take meds and it has helped me out a lot but yet I still I still have problems with my anxiety just less often then without them.

I am also making progress IMO with methods and meds PRN only for my a/p

I take 4 Mg of Xanax a day 1 MG every 6 hours and the only time I feel normal is about 2 hours after each pill the rest of the time sometimes even when I do take the xanax I feel anixety and panic and most heath anxity. It's crazy I have tried all the other like paxil, lexapro ect. none worked for me to many side effects. I would love to live even just one week panic and anixety free to come and go as I wish go where I want for me it is just a dream
