Remembering 2006 Going Forward to 2007

 I am wishing all of you the best in the new Year to come

Please remember all the hurdles and the baby steps you have taken

I have seen so many remarkable changes in people that when first coming here they were hopeless

NOW they help others and are supportive caring ppl

Know you have made giant steps

Remember you faltered along the way as did I

BUT we got up and we got back on to it and we rode it out

TOGETHER..............Family .............Friends ..........Support and .....................EMPATHY.

 

YOU did the work we all supported you ,tried to help you and watched you grow and learn and finally fear not the reaching for the goals anymore

It doesnt matter if you have had to use meds or not ...........you still made it

BE PROUD.............

Remember the bad for a fleeting second yet only to remind you of it and  LET IT GO.......

Go forward all of you and I will also

Into a New Year of supporting and being here for each other

Friends are few and far between I think sometimes but I know I have made many a great friend on here 

I have been supported and helped thru so much

For you all I will always be grateful

 

Look back only for reference not for judgement and then all of us go forward to a better place and New Year with each knowing we have one another

With each knowing WE HAVE made many strides in our Healing Well .........TOGETHER

I am thankful and honored to call you friends and to have had your support and understanding all this year as much has happened and yet I am here and I feel I have climbed a MOUNTAIN yet I know it was just a big ole hill ............

Happy New Year all...I wish you all the best.  I hope you can all find a Year to come filled with breakthroughs and achievements galore.  Thank you all for being there for me and each other.

2006-

I:

became agorophobic and panicky again...

my comfort zone shrank to only 2 miles from my house if even...

finally I pulled myself out of the deep depression and panicky state and got on meds...

and after that I:

Went to gas stations and stores

I made it into a mall

I started going out again



For 2007:

I plan to go to Mall of America

Go on a plane

Make it Alabama

Make it Florida

Get my artwork showcased in galleries

Start my company

Learn to be more happy and carefree

To gain more weight (I now weigh 116 POUNDS!!! I've gained 8 pounds now in 4 months... what determination has DONE!!! My goal is to get to 125... :) ...... I've suffered with eating problems for a long time and the anxiety didn't help with that.. I never ate...so this is a huge step for me too... I'm trying to gain weight and I think I'm doing it!!! )


I hope you all had a great time on New Year's Eve and I wish everyone the BEST for 2007.

Started a Teen Night where the teens from around here and other communities come play music and get things off their chest

keeps them outta drugs at least .....and into music and having Mentors

 

Worked or voluntered at Food bank weekly to help less fortunate

had a blast playing Santa last 3 weeks prior to Christmas

 

Had my Lil one come for our visit planned long aog and it is greeat not sure I want to let her go home though it is gonna be heartwreching to say the least for myself and for Cait n Howie too

SHE WILL be back ......

 

Survived going out with no meds thats a biggie for me

I did break down from family crap but from inside out meaning I have sores again with IV in got it yesterday ...........

I made it thru Christmas as I wanted to w/o breaking out but I knew it would happen after I LET family have it FULL BLAST............

 

Had a rough yr with Mom passing but with lil one and my famliy here I was able to get thru it so far

Each day is still a challenge but I wont let the AP win ..........

I am so much stronger because of what I have gone thru and the support I have gotten from all so I know that this new year can only bring better things ahead for me and mine
