Recently I conquered the 'airplane' fear..no lorazapam for this kid..4 plane flights in all..not too much freaking out when it came to the potholes in the sky - (maybe just a little lol)...but hey I did it! And I am sooo proud.. yeah This is such a major for me, because I have been afraid of heights all my life, but by the time I was on my fourth flight I was able to look out the window (with relative confidence) and really enjoy the scenery below..our planet looks amazing from way up there.. :-) My next challenge is a helicopter flight..

Am spending night with Cait going over Members of Parliament ( whoop) and then taking her for a congratutalory breakfast in the am I am so proud of her ...............

Healing Well and everyone I know here have helped me so much. With my family, boyfriend, friends and healing well I have gotten out of my deep state of depression and feel like I am starting a new life again. Last year was so bad for me and I can't believe how far I have come. I have met wonderful people here and I think it's wonderful how everyone is so supportive of each other. You are all very special people xxxx

ok this will sound really small to most of you...but those who know me know I have some weird things....I dont shower after dark...but yesterday I bit the bullet and did it and I didnt die!

I did what I did for others and I also needed to do it for me
It took some time and alot of tears but I got thru it
IF i help one person it is worth it

Thanx I often dont see any progress but I am trying to atleast find something small to notice...Its there for all of us no matter how big or small less we are going backwards

When you are dealing with Dad in Hospital, Mom's passing anniversay coming up............................. Cait going to Toronto ( BIG city ) for Legislative duties and barely touching the benzo's
And not obsessing with pine sol ..............as much

I'm still in the early stages of this whole thing, so I won't pretend to be beating it yet. I do know that I'm having a good day when I walk down the street and a girl smiles at me, though! On those days I guess I don't have the "weirdo mental" look or something, haha.
