As I write this, I wanna "tip my hat" to Lyn (Howlyncat)...this one's for you!
So we have ANXIETY...we HATE it!!! But what can we do? We fight on and on and on, for as long as it takes. There's not really much choice when you think about it. Oh sometimes we get so down and have those forbidden thoughts of doing away with ourselves, but what would be accomplished by that? We'd leave our loved ones to cope with a different kind of pain so that we could escape ours...We can lay down and cry (and there's nothing wrong with that), we can kick and scream at the unfairness of it all and bang our heads against a wall. However, when all's said and done, we STILL have anxiety. So after we've cursed the day we were born, we pull up our bootstraps and march out the door. Though our hearts may be pounding and our teeth tightly clenched, we go forth. Then one day we realize that we've done that same thing time and time again and perhaps, the anxiety has lessened or is a bit more infrequent. That my friends is the point of fighting on. Take it day by day and let time pass. There'll be good times even along with the bad and when the bad times come, you get online and come to the HW Forum. Tell your friends here what's going on, cry on their shoulders, so to speak and they'll be there for you and when you're feeling good, get on your pc and share a good thought or boost them up by letting them cry on your shoulder for a change. Yes, that's WHAT you do.
