Financial worries, anxiety and headaches

what happens if it gets turned over to collections and if it does can i no longer go back to the doctor or does he not even know it happens. Not sure what sending in 20 bucks on a huge bill is gonna do . This is part of my anxiety and making my headaches worse. I don't qualify for nothing pretty much . Thought about contacting some veterans service since my dad was a vietnam vet and asking them for some help. My family could care less if i died and i think noone would care.

Im on clonozapam and just regular headache meds which don't work. My headaches that have been next to my ears on my face and above the temples have now moved to under the temples right next to the forehead and i can feel the vein or nerve sticking out of my head. Im 35 and unemployed and take care of my grandparents and sick sister for free. Thanks for any help. I never had a headache in my life and then wake up and have one for 6 months straight non stop for 24 hours a day

My self diagnosis is eye strain plus tmj plus some anxiety but not from any doc. He's had 7 reasons as to why and changes his mind each time and im wondering if that is like admitting he doesn't know.

Oh my goodness, I cannot believe this. I find things like this so difficult to understand as I am from the UK and healthcare is free. I would send in something and maybe call them and let them know you are working on it. Most docs know that most people can't pay big bills fast.
