Has anyone had trouble trying to wake up ,sometimes i have dreams where i think i am awakebut i am not ,just struggling to wake up , i wonder if this is due to anxiety,

I've had that before but never related it to anxiety. When I'm anxious I usually cant sleep and wake up super early.

I am like you always I have trouble with always waking up or having dreams / nightmares especially lately

I always get strange dreams and nightmares. I remember them so well when I wake, I wonder if they have been real!

I have awoken with tears running down face sometimes remembering total dream /nightmare other times just parts

I used to have trouble waking up. I would think I was awake, but I was still dreaming. I think it could have been anxiety/depression. I haven't had one for a long time, but I'm on meds for my anxiety/dpression. Hope dreams get better. Dee
