I woke up this morning got me a glass of oj ate a good meal, did a 1/2 mile walk and worked out for about
20 min and already i feel good about
my day taking my mind off this panic stuff with excercise does seem to work alot it gets your blood pumping also i have learned that in a bad case of a panic attack drink a ICE COLD glass of water it shocks the body sometimes will bring u out of it and sometimes wont i have tried the brown paper bag trick to put carbon monoxide into my blood that didnt seeem to work for me just make me feel smothered but it might work for u ... I have started a really good multi vitamin and that seems to help a little with my energy and stamina .. and cut back on the caffein due to its a trigger for panic attacks.. these are things u might already know but i posted them just incase

welcome I think your ideas are good, especially the walks, some also splash their faces with cold water

I agree do the breathing techniques and you will see and feel so much diffference
