Hi there potluck..I would like to recommend the book 'Living with IT' by Bev Aisbett - this has been a real help to me over the past few years..esp. when I am going thru a rough patch like the one you are going thru just now..
Pills are great for anxiety - but, we need to learn some skills to cope with all this too..esp. breathing control. Counselling/therapy, although not for everyone, for me has been excellent - once I had let out all the bad stuff I had been carrying around over the years it really helped me come to terms with anxiety and gain back some control of my life.
