Tune to the Discovery channel if you have cable! It's a series called "Planet Earth" , and my friend showed me a screener of it not long ago.
It's beautifully filmed and scored. I guarantee that if you're in need of distraction, you'll be amazed by this program! It really puts life into perspective!
