Just a friendly reminder to check and see if there is an existing thread about a topic prior to posting another on same topic .....you can go to pages on top of A/P forum and look thru them and if there is one bring it back up ........

There has been a few on depersonalization ....ect last few day go back thru the pages of A/P and you will find one that has explanation the best I have ever seen done by Harry .........

Please we are getting double and triple threads on many subjects and it need not be if you look for an existing thread on the topic you are looking for .......

You may have to go to pages 1,2 3, 4 ect but I am sure you will find it
