  Yes that's right, 5 months and not even a Panic Attack yet!!!!!!!!!!!

  even my Anxiety is getting better and I'm not taking my valuim as much and taking more me time is really helping (knock on wood) lol Spending more time riding the horses but it's still a little painfull at times on the old back but I'm having fun.

  One thing I found that really boosted my confidence is when going to the stores, stand tall and look ppl in the eyes as you walk by and most ppl will look away as eye contact is made or they will smile or nod at you back. But when they do look away it tends to make you feel better that they can't look you in the eyes.

I am not taking as many valium either and loving life even though sicker han a dog .........

  Thanks ya'll I'm going on 6 months now and feeling better, so I'm trying to find out more of the other problems that I must deal with in my life for the better and if I can overcome A/P so can ya'll just keep the hope as it can be done.

Hey cowboy...........a blue ribbon for you! I am sooooo glad you are doing so well and I hope you are patting yourself on the back as you are a survivor.
