Last doc I had prescribed 30mg twice a day and it worked fine with lexapro, now the new doc I have said I shouldn't take it twice only once should be enough. Needless to say I can tell the difference, I feel very good for about
4 hours very confident and good enough to meet with clients afterwards I feel the anxiety creeping up again.
Any ideas?
Thanks

buspar is generally thought of almost no help on its own but perhaps helpful when taken with an antidepressant< suggest you find out the usual dose range, its a tranquilliser
