Does anyone have seriously bad morning anxiety, and if so, how do you deal with it? Here is my issue...I wake up, go to the bathroom, brush my teeth and all that jazz, get my son breakfast, and by that time, I am FREAKING OUT. I am either having a FULL BLOWN panic attack, or I just feel real anxious. As everyone knows, I don't have anything prescribed to me right now, but also, I have been forced to borrow some Xanax, just to get through this time of day. So, I try not to have to take anything, because I shoudln't be, and I don't want to be, but within like 20 minutes of getting up, I have to take a pill. It is the lowest dose. .25 or something like that. At any rate, I hate it.
Then, after about 6 or 7 hours, I start to feel anxious again, sometimes needing another pill. Then, I am generally good until the next morning. I don't have to take that 2nd pilll all that often...good thing, only sometimes. The morning anxiety is what is getting to me the most. I dread waking up because of it. I love the night time so much.
An update for anyone who may not know, I will be seeing a psychologist here very soon, along with a psychiatrist. I found some people I am pretty happy with, I just have to look at my finances and see what we can afford without me working right now. So, hopefully I can get feeling normal again here real soon.
Anxiety can really do a number to you. Ugh, and I am tired of it!
Anyway, thanks for listening, and thanks in advance to anyone who answers!!!
