Feeling great today

I feel great today, happy, no panic, just mild physical anxiety symptoms but nothing that lasts longer than 2 seconds and nothing major either. I think we should all celebrate our good days too. Sometimes reading all "bad day" entries make me feel like there is no hope so I want to celebrate a good day!! I know for me, if I'm having a bad day I feel instantly better when I know that someone with anxiety is feeling great!!! It's a form of hope for me. I know in my head that it's possible to feel great (Although I was panic and anxiety free for 8 years on medication so I should know this but it's like you instantly forget once the panic comes back even one time) IF anyone else is having a good day, please post so that we may show hope to others that are not feeling so great today!

I am having a great day too!!!! I am finally finally understanding that the whole swallowing thing is just a trick of the nerves/mind and I fell for it!

HA! Take that anxiety!!!

YAYAYAY H.I.P. It feels great to feel great and hopefully anyone who's feeling crappy today will feel a bit of hope in knowing that you can feel great even if you suffer from A/P!!!

I don't think we've be introduced, but I am Tammy...and I will gladly join any celebration on a good day...SO.............CONGRATS ON THE GOOD DAY!!!!

Congrats. It's always exciting to hear about the good days! It gives us all hope. They should definately be celebrated!

So glad that your having a great day...mine was pretty great too, have actually had a really good couple of weeks which was so needed after a month of pretty miserable anxiety...Yeah for us!!!
