i'm worried

my doctor put me on lexapro and it seems to be helping i still have trembling in social situtions which i never did before in my life, sure i've been nervous but not trembling all over, but anyways i heard its expensive , he had given me samples for before, but i know that won't last, and he also put zybrexa and a beta blocker, i guess those are for the shakeyness i don't know, i read about them, zybrexa i'm not sure about, i don't have biapolar or scitsophernia or however you spell it,  i can't spell anymore, but it  worries me i don't want to keep to changing meds they put me on celexa in the beginning and it made me feel horrible,  i just want to feel normal again,  i have no insurance and i don't know waht to do.

I am very doubtful about the zyprexa for anxiety, it may be causing your trembling

generic prozac would probably work as well as lexapro and be cheaper

It could be that the trembling is a temporary side-effect. Presumably you talked to your doctor about this.

And I've also heard about the big Pharma giving medicines away for free or really cheap to the uninsured. Visit their website and they'll let you know what to do. It's a PR thing for them, and probably a tax deduction.

An alternative would be a good ol' fashioned benzo. You have to use them carefully, but they do work and the patents have all run out so there are cheap generics. I'm in between insurance coverage right now and am getting Teva generic clonazepam for 23 bucks at the Target pharmacy. That's for a month's supply.

If your doctor insists on prescribing newer meds, ask him to keep you on a supply of samples. My doc would sometimes do that with Prevacid even if I didn't ask. I'm glad I have them now because that one's $190 for a month's supply! It's crazy.
