i just started back on lexapro [10mg] yesterday...i was on it for a while b4 but i just stopped taking it cuz i didnt feel like i needed it anymore...and here lately my panic attacks started coming bak

sooo im bak on it again...and well....yesterday i was in fairy land....for about half the day [lol]......and i sorta am right now too..haha....but o well...fairy land is fun...right? lol

Hi there,

I am glad you got back on your med and if you feel good from the Lexapro already that is great.

You maybe would benefit from staying on it for a while and not discontinuing it again

yeah...well i was feeling good for a while...but after a little bit i started having panic attack symptoms
feeling like i cant breathe
pounding heart
tingly hands
shaky......
and i havnet been doing that for almost a yr now....just off and on...but this was worse...soo i think im just gonna quit taking it unless it gets really bad w/o the med.
