Me doing o'k i feel tired all the time, my doctor is trying to wean me off of propranolol and has started me on enalapril for blood pressure problems, i think alot of time my blood pressure is high when i go to the doctor because i'm nervous, and usually having a attack , i hope everybodys doing good, talk to you later

I too have high blood pressure at the doctor. Like today, when I first got there, it was 170/98. Then, at the end of the appointment, he took it again, and it was 130/72. I am so nervous when I first get there, and then I just calm down within the appointment.

I agree with debaser though, you should get a blood pressure cuff for at home. You can pick em up at pretty much any store. Then, you can even have your doctor check it to assure its accuracy, and then yes, I would test my blood pressure throughout the day. I'd hate to see you on these meds if you don't need to be, ya know?

I'm not doing bad.  Had some anxiety last week, but its better now.

My blood pressure always runs a little high when I go to the Doctors.  I know it's from me being nervous.  I can never seem to calm down when I have an appointment.
