A Challenge Issued to All

Hi Guys & Gals,

 

I am posting this as an extension of a campaign that is already running in the prostate cancer forum https://www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=35&m=902273) in order to help support HealingWell and its users. We currently have 49,561 registered at HealingWell and just 1 man running the website with a team of 55 volunteer moderators spanning 27 forums.

 

We are challenging everyone who can to donate a small sum to HealingWell. If 10% of the registered users donated $10 we could raise nearly $50,000. Thats a lot of money. We could use the money to help improve the services we currently have and even expand to help more people.

 

So the challenge is this... Can you help?

This is NOT a sales pitch it is just a way of seeing that HW keeps at its best as it has been doing all along
HW is growing by more members than you can imagine monthly thus costs going up

I believe your receipt from your credit card statement or cancelled check would suffice as your contribution validation.

This is a non profit health oriented site . Now that is just how I see it. :)

I need to clarify that donations are not tax-deductible as HW is not a 503c non profit organization. Donations are simply a way for you to support your favorite site.  Donations are used, however, to directly fund the expenses related to operating the web site.

That's fine. I'll still donate but I always do this sort of thing in December, so hopefully you're not too strapped for cash. I bet running a site like this is quite expensive.
