i'm so down

My husband was made redundant last year, and took about 4 months to find a job. He suffered with a few anxiety attacks, and I had been suffering for 7 years, so we made a right pair. But GOOD will come of this, my husband is now in a job he really enjoys with people he likes and his anxiety attacks have stopped, mine have become less frequent, due to meds (citalopram) and overall he is more happy. These things are sent to try us, but don't forget sometimes a/p attacks are a way of telling us that something is amiss, and we need to change the way we are doing things or slow down. I feel my panic attacks were work induced so I gave up my job and now work part time to fit in with my sons schooling hours. I feel better and like I said the attacks are less frequent. I am waiting to see a CBT therapist which I hope will stop them all together, sometimes it's difficult to see the woods for the trees, but with time and thoughts, you will both get there and make a better life for yourselves.

With regards to the fridge man, what needs repairing on it? Can you not claim on your household insurance and just get a new one? I am not sure how things work with insurance in the US, I live in the UK and we can do that here.

Keep posting and fingers crossed, sometimes we have to travel through thr bad to get to the really good stuff.
