yes im coming off a benzo and sometimes im affraid my chest get tight and hurts, I wish i would never started on this stuff. Is there a way after ive been off it awhile my nerves will start working right again. I say were going to die I don't care but my chest starts to hurt I cannot go to sleep. any help please

I have come way off the amount of Benzo's I have taken over more than 30 plus yrs and I have not had the chest problem you are going thru

I do however have Bronchitis and that is a killer on my chest

Are you able to see a doc and ask some questions about this as so many of us are the same .......yet different when it comes to meds and especially benzo's IMHO

STAY with us plz and get the support you need and join our " lil family" here
Better ppl you will not meet ...........as as already said the SUPPORT is fantastic

** as far as your nerves " working right again:I am not to sure about that answer .....I am sure they could IF you were to strt using self help techniques and other techniques to help you out ..........read some of the other threads on CBT and relaxation.......breathing..............**Wishing you all the best
