do you every feel like your body is vibrating when you sleep

hi machelle,i dont only feel like that when im sleeping i feel like that all day!!! one of my worst symptoms i have!! been going on for awhile told my doc and he dosent know why so guess we have to chalk it up to anxiety eyes

Yup, when I go through a period of anxiety I get that exact feeling, not really like the shivers but a vibration of my head, arms and legs. I believe my doc told me it can be a side-affect of anxiety called 'light muscle tremors,' and is quite common. It's also one of the physical symptoms that increases feeling 'keyed up' or on edge about something you can't put your finger on. As with Threeboys, when I'm going through a period of anxiety I have this feeling more or less twenty-four hours a day.

Yes, I've had that feeling, too. It's nothing to be alarmed about. Once you stop focusing on it, it will dissipate. Just keep going about whatever you're doing when you have these symptoms. If you're trying to go to sleep, but you're feeling that and the feelings persist, then get up and do something so you can get rid of the extra energy. They are symptoms, nothing more, nothing less, they won't harm you. Try to find another focus. Wish you the best!

i thought that i was the only one. when im lieing in bed or trying to sleep or sometimes just sitting in a comfortable position i usually feel my arms and head kinda of "vibrate"
also,
i hear this flat high-pitched tone in my head usually in one ear that i cant get to go away for a few minutes. no one else hears it-am i crazy?

its nice to know i not alone, imagine if you had all this to deal with no one really understand until they have these experiences thank goodness for this site, i would have lost hope a long time ago
