It didnt. I've read that turmeric, chili powder, apple cider vinegar, and ginger are all good for pain...
I will be using a standard size pitcher, and adding chili powder, turmeric, fresh ginger, and apple cider vinegar. How much of each is recommended for this to be effective? Also, should I dd anything...
