Anyone here dealing with any type of diabetic neuropathy? I have had neuropathy in my legs, feet to knees, since 2004... I'm not on any antidepressants or epileptic drugs, told my Doc a flat out...
I use witch-hazel wipes or pads...dont make your stoma itch... Usually eat a output thickener like marshmallows to quiet things, anything escapes, paper towels or a bed pad as an apron works......
Phazyme or similar simethicone OTC helps me... use it before bed or before a big meal... a nurse in the nursing home gave me that good advice...
Yep, marshmallows work great...3 of them half a hour before you change a pouch or whole appliance... amazed how quiet your stoma gets🙃...
