it may be a lot of carbs but honestly they are mostly good carbs, I eat steel cut oats for breakfast and all whole grains if there is any bread. I eat brown rice (1/2 cup servings) and well...apples...

slight correction... I was supposed to shoot for 55 or less grams of fat a day but most days I find it hard to eat more than 30 grams....
