3+4 for a G7 are not low end intermediate risk, they are intermediate risk. 8's and 9's are 'aggressive'. It may be a grey area to some, but it wasn't for me, and I wasn't concerned about what...
With a Gleason 7, the decision is easy, AS is over. Get it out!...
Ok, I've tried three doses, application was easy enough but it stung, with minimal results on the third dose only, and very expensive $53/3 doses. Looks like I'll stay with the needle and pump!!...

Supplements? Diet? Genetic screening. And if you have the gene, just be ready....
My compounder responded that the trials went very well. I'll try some gel and post the results, I have some injectable trimix coming from another pharmacy, we'll see how that works also....
Early results have not been great, but a local compounder is working on it with a doctor doing tests etc, because he doesnt do sterile work anymore. I'm calling him soon....

Just my opinion but if a biopsy was done and showed Pca,(Comment deleted by Mod - Violation of Rule#3) What will you do in a year if it has spread?...
My radiation was "just in case"........
just went up......My local compounding pharmacy isn't doing sterile work any longer, too much BS from the FDA. Now it's only available around here through a major hospital's pharmacy and might be...
I had pretty much the same, positive margin, "into but not out of the orange peel". Apical. Did radiation 6 months after surgery. Zero on PSA's every six months for 4 1/2 years....
My R. O. told me straight up that there was a 2% chance of secondary cancer caused by radiation. With a positive margin, I took those odds....
Cowpers Gland for the fluid, as for the trimix leg cramps I get them also, not tough but noticeable sometimes.........
3.5 months out might be a bit early, you are not healed up quite yet, but, you may want to try different formulas of the three ingriedients, your uro or pharmacist can help with formulas....
I'd say high risk, but you have options....
Food based Healing? Don't kid yourself for long.......a nice happy thought but there is something going on that a change of diet wont stop........
