I switched to Xtandi after 20 months on Zytiga and it worked better for me. Stayed on it for over three years until PSA began to rise. On a clinical trial now....
Fairwind- yes Phase 1 is for safety and tolerance. This is a dose escalation trial. Worked well against PCa in mice. I am hopeful it works for all participants....
